Your website is built and operated on Web Suburban’s managed platform. Client editing access is not included, and the website itself cannot be transferred to another hosting provider.
Routine Updates Are Included
The monthly service covers routine changes to existing text and photos. Simply email me the requested update and I’ll handle it for you.
Larger Changes Are Quoted Separately
New pages, major redesigns, custom features, and substantial content work may cost extra. Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Why is the $95 monthly service required?
Web Suburban is a fully managed website service. The monthly fee keeps your website hosted, secure, maintained, updated, and supported without requiring you to manage it yourself.
Can I make my own website updates?
Client editing access is not included. When you need a routine text or photo change, email me directly and I’ll handle it for you.
